Principles versus Rules
Principles make the world a moral one. Rules make it wild. C’est les cages qui rendent les hommes sauvages. If you want to know more, step right in, folks!
Dishonesty is Madness
If you care about the world around you, stop lying to yourself and others. Life has a way of paying you back if you don’t. Everything happening today is on us. The good and the bad. So next time you feel like screaming at the insanity around you, don’t. You might as well point at your own self and own it. If you ever lied, you are part of the problem. We are all part of the Problem.
The First and Last Men
Humans are bound to evolve. But Evolution’s constraining factor is the Universe and its Laws. Everything comes from something and changes into something else. Suns are born, evolve, and die. And when they do, they take away their planetary systems. Given enough time or a long-enough ‘cosmic rope’, What Will We Do to avoid such a Master-Reset? Most likely: Nothing. If you want to know why, step right in, folks.
Is the Triumph of Democracy a Distant Dream?
George Carlin once famously said about the American Dream that it was called like that because one had to be asleep to reach it. Same thing goes for Democracy. It is quickly turning from a clear reality into a figment of imagination. And boy, does one need to use their imagination to get the feel they live in a Democracy or what. As it happens, Tolerance is undermining Democracy. We are asked, forced, nay compelled to tolerate others but nobody else follows suit. Tolerance cuts both ways. But nobody else tolerates Us. How come?
The Cross-Roads of History – A study into the Butterfly effect
It is said the road to hell is paved with the good intentions of those who’ve undertaken the journey. But what about the one leading up to heaven? The road to heaven is paved by those who stood up against the system and challenged its Dogma. Jesus was one of those radicals who proposed a new way of looking at life. For this, the Romans put him on trial for his life. Next to him stood the bandit Barabbas. It is said Pilate of Pont had the crowd decide by acclamation their fate. The crowd chose poorly but did they now?! Have you ever considered the consequences of their choice, throughout time?
Sometimes you have to pull a Cortés
All new life grows from the decay of the old. Life is cyclical. We need not fight it. We must embrace change with both hands and hold it tight to our bosom. Anything else, and we merely prolong the agony.
They Died with their Boots On
Are we too many or not enough? Do we accept the narrative of the Elite? Or do we forge our own Future in the heat of battle against tyranny? We all have a choice to make because if Life is about Anything, it is about Freedom. And Freedom is about Making a Choice. I made my choice. How about you?
The Lessons of Dune
If you think the present is weird and nasty, wait until you step into the Future! Our Age has nothing on the Future. Everything you hear, see, and read about the future will one day become reality. Future is inescapably a strange, a very strange land.
