On what subject(s) are you an authority?

You are the best authority on yourself. I am the supreme authority on all things that have to do with life, especially my own. But so are you, each and every one out there.

One piece of advice: don’t let yourselves go, take care of yourselves. Always put yourselves first, and then look after your family. If something happens to you, who will take care of them?!
