If you believe in the No pain, no gain adage, then you must make a choice. Do you want to live a life free from pain? If so, you chose the yoke of Comfort. If you want to retain agency in your life, then you have chosen wisely. You chose Painful Freedom.

For this, the Romans put him on trial for his life. Next to him stood the bandit Barabbas. It is said Pilate of Pont had the crowd decide by acclamation their fate. The crowd chose poorly but did they now?! Have you ever considered the consequences of their choice, throughout time?
All new life grows from the decay of the old. Life is cyclical. We need not fight it. We must embrace change with both hands and hold it tight to our bosom. Anything else, and we merely prolong the agony.
