Wars are violent manifestations. Civil wars are a misnomer in that they are not civil. In fact they are everything but civil. America is headed down that way. Perhaps the world will too. Killing someone for having an opinion is telling all the moderates that the time for talk is over. Guess what happens next?

Charlie Kirk was assassinated for being what we are not. He was murdered for the courage of his convictions. Our carelessness was complicit in his murder. Our apathy enabled the assassin. Honoring his Legacy is the only way to atone.
Freedom is Dead everywhere. Freedom of speech, freedom to vote and run for public office, freedom to bear arms, freedom to protest, all these freedoms are Dead on Arrival. Who’s to blame? Us, of course. Why? Because we allow politicians to tell us how to protest. “Peaceful protest”, they say. Yeah, right. Like that is going to upend the political order created by them for them.
Hope is what makes the world go round. You take it away and people die inside. You give people hope and they will die for you. That is what the Orange Man managed to do. And that is what the motherlovers trying to run the show from behind the curtains cannot do. The Elites are trying to extinguish the Hope in a better tomorrow. Trump is reminding everyone Hope is built-in into each and everyone of us.
Antisemitism does have a silver lining, just not for the Jewish people. Life is Sardonic, eh! Turns out a good deed doesn’t earn you another.
