Be it a mother delivering a baby at the price of her life.
Be it a father jumping in front of a car heading for his family.
Be it a man giving his life willingly and in a split second so that others may live.
Be it a woman sacrificing her existence, in small increments, and putting herself not second, not third, but last so that her family may suffer less.
Courage comes in many allotropic forms.
It is the only remaining redeeming value in today’s brutal world so much reminiscent of the Dune universe.
