The logic of cold wars dictates that if one Block is black, the Other must be white.

This means both sides cannot adopt the same moral standards, use the same narratives or build on the same principles.
It’s become impossible to find both parties on the same side of the fence on any given matter.
And that turns out to be for the best of humanity.
If you think about this, you will discover this plays out to our collective benefit.
Imagine what would have happened if the USSR could have churned out both tanks and missiles as well as microwave ovens and tv sets, at the same time, in sufficient quantities to keep people safe and well-fed.
The USSR would have won the Cold War. Everybody knows that the War was won/lost on the availability of toiler paper.
If that had been the case, given its economic success and based on its demographic and natural resources, the Soviet Union would have bested the United States of America. There is no escaping that. USSR had, and Russia has every known resource known to man. Whereas America still needs to import raw materials to make stuff.
The USSR succumbed to its inability to:
- Bring sufficient resources to the market. It was a failure of capitalizing on and developing its vast potential natural resources. The Soviets couldn’t make raw materials into consumer goods, big enough and fast enough.
- Not keeping up with the American Joneses, who could make both bread and bullets.
If they could have, we would all be speaking or learning to speak Russian by now, with perhaps a smidge of Chinese for added flavor.
But this would also mean we’d have to abide by woke standards. You see, a Soviet win back in the 80s would have also led to the adoption of Marxist ideals by most of the world.
What do you think wokism is? Wokism is repackaged neo-Marxism. It is Extreme Leftist Ideology.
The same can be said about Cold War 2.0. Because the West is woke and fights for neo-Marxist principles, the East was left with the only choice of espousing libertarian principles.
How utterly messed up is that? For what can one be if one rejects wokism, if not libertarian?!
And if you think that’s crazy talk, think again, buster!
