What book are you reading right now?
I used to be a voracious reader. Back when I was more static and I’m going to say out loud, obese, I was a hell of a reader.
I remember that back when I was 13, I read 100 pages per hour. Now, I’m down to 40. But since I embarked upon this journey of self-discovery and became the sculptor, the artist of my own destiny and body, I kinda moved away from reading every day, 365 days a year.
I’m not shunning books but I tend to stay focussed more in the now and here than in the past or future. And books are about opening new horizons by shining a light on the past.

My escape is exercise. I trained my mind all my life to the detriment of my body. Now, I am achieving the long-yearned for balance.
But you didn’t come here to hear about my trials and tribulations. You came for my reading list.

And that includes you, dear readers.
